07/18/2009 - We were put in room 309 despite the carpets having obviously been cleaned and the room bombed. There are still bed bugs in it. The number plate was off the door. I wish I had checked this first!

06/28/2009.....Best Western hotel in Romeoville, Illinois on Normantown Rd. Room #309. They have bedbugs!
