Our party stayed in rooms 408 and 212 on July 6th-7th, 2012. Saturday morning those in room 408 woke up to multiple bites and visible blood on sheets and then bugs visible on walls. They were in room 408. They came and informed us in room 212 and upon looking around we captured several bugs in our bathroom as well as inside the mattress covers. They bugs were in different stages of life, smaller ones to pretty large ones.

We found out from management that room 408 had bug problems recently an

d they had Odonalds Pest Control come to treat and they gave clearance to the room and we were the first reservations after the supposed clearance.

We were fully compensated all rooms plus reimbursed for suitcases and clothes, plus medical bills as one in our party had severe allergic reaction to the bites and had to get an antibiotic and steroids.
