My exec just called to tell me he has about 50 bug bites after staying here last night. He had to be moved at 3am. I do not know if they are comping his room yet or not, but he would not care; he has to leave soon for a client meeting and will have bites are all over him and lost sleep.

One of the people I was traveling with woke up in the morning to find he was bitten many times on the hands and arms. After a search of the room, we found 2 bugs which we suspected to be bed bugs (per matching of bug to photos). One was alive and taken to the front desk. The hotel was good about moving my coworker and comped his entire stay.
