11/13/10 Purchased 2-2BR suites for 2 nights rooms 436 and 438. Woke up at 11PM and got up to change my son's diaper. When I turned on the lights I saw 2 in the bed with us. We didn't see bites on either my son or myself, but when we killed the bugs they were bloody so they had gotten someone. Upon further inspection we found numerous adult and babies in all three beds in both rooms. We called the front desk and their first line was that the hotel was sold out, but they could move us to ano
ther room tomorrow. When I brought the specimens down to the front desk they agreed to book us a room at another hotel. Room 438 did not appear to have any bedbugs. I'm pretty confident the staff at this hotel knew there was a problem in this room. Disappointing.
