We encountered bed bugs on 12/9/2011. A big bed bug fell from my clothes when I was changing. I immediately put it in a cup and showed it to staff in the lobby; they said they would record the incident but that the manager had not arrived yet. We had to leave the hotel due to business, so I called the manager later in the morning. She said there was no record of the incident and was very rude.
