I have stayed in this hotel many times for several years. I have stayed on every floor and in every part of the hotel. I have never seen or heard of bedbugs here.

This hotel is amazing. There is no way this hotel coul've had bed bugs. It is one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a problem with bed bugs. In fact, this is one of the hotels that I stay with and am confident that they do not have bed bugs. Either you have the incorrect hotel or are just trying to ruin their reputation. Either way, you're incorrect.

My family and I stayed here the last week of July, 2010. My son and his family stayed in a separate room. My daughter-in-law was bitten by something she took to be chiggers. When they got home she went to the doctor and was told the bites were from bedbugs of which she had an allergic reaction. The bites looked terrible! She contacted the hotel, they checked for the bugs and reported back to her that indeed they were there! The hotel offered to pay the doctor bill...that was nice, but mayb
