We stayed in room 906 on 11/12/10 & 11/13/10. Two weeks later, I discovered bed bugs in my home. I notified the hotel.

I was in room 1105 from Aug 10 to Aug 11 at best western university plaza. I found bed bugs in my bed. I told the reception what happened and they promptly changed the room. BAD EXPERIENCE!
