I checked into room 313 late in the evening (coming in from the airport). I needed a place to lay my head for a few hours between flights. As soon as I crawled into bed, I pulled back the comforter from the sheets and there was a bed bug laying right there between the sheet and comforter. I jumped up and grabbed my phone to google bedbugs because I had never seen one before and sure enough, it was definitely a bedbug. I immediately dressed and went back to the lobby to ask for
a refund. The gal at the front desk was very unfriendly about it, not even an apology. I asked if I could get a refund (i was only there for 15 minutes) and she said no because I had booked through a third party company (hotel tonight). I am trying to work it out with hotel tonight but they have spoken to the hotel and the hotel said they need to speak with a manager but no manager was there.

I don't know for sure if there are any bedbug issues as of now. However,. when I stayed here last March I didn't have any in my room but I did see a pest control truck in the parking lot two times. There was evidence of residue such as white powder under the chairs in my room, so it was treated in the past. An employee mentioned there was only one incident in the last 6 months. There are a lot of extended stay residents at this hotel that come and go and pay a low rate so I would think there is
a greater risk.
I didn't get my refund that i was promised for a prepaid extended stay room that I stayed for 1/2 of the time I paid for.
