My name is Scott Steinfest and I'm the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. I'm taking the time to reference the prior claim that a guest of the hotel encountered bed bugs at our facility. I can assure you that our award winning hotel takes all the necessary percaucions to proactively do our very best to ensure that our customers have a relaxing and bed bug free nights rest. I'm not aware of this specific claim and have not been contacted by anyone to further investigate this situa

I stayed at this hotel on the 25th of May (2011)so that i could get up bright and early the next morning b/c i had a 7hr exam at 8am. I fell asleep fine, but the next thing i know, i'm woken up at 1am by intense itching all over my arms and legs. 6 sleepless hours later, i realized that there were red dots all over my arms and ankles which were itching. I've had an experience with bedbugs before, so i was able to recognize them as bedbug bites. I'm still trying to contact the hotel manager to ge
