My husband and I stayed in room 209. We woke up Monday morning with rashes and severe itching. We thought maybe it was an allergic reaction to the laundry soap, but I have blisters from these bites....it's NOT the soap. We didn't complain because we did think it was the soap. I am reporting this to beat western when we get home.

OMG - bites on my ankle - stay out of this place. The guy behind the desk - Alan - was NOT helpful what so ever. Don't stay here is my request. Thank heaven they didn't come home with me.

We stayed at this hotel March 30, 2012. There was a bed bug on the pillow in the morning, which I captured in a cup and took to the front desk. The clerk checked the computer and said, "No one has complained about bed bugs in THAT room." But, I had the bug which I gave her. She didn't seem concerned, and I received no discount in spite of the bed bugs and broken toilet. Hotels.com followed up on my report and was told by the hotel that there were no bugs in the room.

My husband and I have stayed at this inn many times through the years.
Our last stay was October 19-22, 2010. On the mornings of Wednesday, Oct. 20 and Thursday, Oct. 21, I found a bug crawling on the sheet--one
each of those days. I picked each up with a tissue and flushed it.
I did not know what bed bugs looked like, and honestly did not think of bed bugs. Just a bug walking across the sheets. I have bed bug bites on my face, back of my neck, arms, hands, and torso. This was not report
ed to the "Inn keepers". I was in town for my mother's funeral, and bugs were not in my thoughts at the time.
Best Western was notified later.
