So far so good. I stay here every week for a night and I've had no experience with any bites. I checked around too and couldn't find any signs. I also lost an extremely important ID badge and the manager immediately assisted me and walked around and found it. If you have a complaint put a room number. Bedbugs can be caught anywhere, including how you traveled to and from so at least if you report what room you stayed in, you could prevent an infestation that you may have brought in yourself.

Stayed one nihgt at the Hilton O'Hare Airport January 9th 2014. I woke up with bites all over my arms and back. Just got home from the doctor, one of the worst cases he has seen. I called the hotel to file a complaint, and got the run around from several staff members. Finaly, after being very persistent and asking for a manager, I was transfured to the security department. I will be receiving a form to fill out. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAN!!!

Stayed at the Hilton O'Hare Airport on December 11, 2013 for one night. Got home tonight and noticed about 10 bites below my arm pit on my right side. Slept on 7th Floor room 7070. Called the hotel to report the incident. Got transferred to security. They took my information and will get back to me. We'll see....

Stayed one night on December 9, 2013 on the 10th floor and woke up in the night with high intensity itching on my back. I thought it was "dry skin" from winter... but discovered it was not when I got home and my wife told he I had over 100 bites on my back and legs instead. I called the hotel and was transferred to heir Security Dept. They are sending me a form to fill out about my experience. Security said they would... "check the room tomorrow... because it is occupied tonight." To bad
for the poor folks renting that room tonight. Needless to say, I will not be staying at the O'Hare Hilton ever again.
