I live at the hotel and can honestly say when you mention whats being done about the infestation you are told that the problem is under controll.they dont do scheduled exterminating, they will hand you a botel of diluded spray&your expected to do it yourself.

I stayed there for the holiday weekend, and as soon as I laid down I was covered in bugs. I asked for a refund so I could leave, and they refused, so I spent the weekend sleeping on the dresser.

I am a caseworker and can vouch that this place is INFESTED with bed bugs!
