Date: May 27 - 30, 2010
Stayed first night. Woke up to 13 bites on my legs. Reported it to management and they said "it was an allergic reaction". They offered to change rooms and comp us that night. We saw and identified 2 bugs in the bed. Now we see that we should have collected the bugs. They told us the next day that the room was 'clean' and no bugs were reported. They refused to admit they had a problem.
