"Marie", if an actual guest, would have known that this hotel takes guest complaints extremely seriously. All complaints are immediately forwarded to our pest control vendor for review and action prior to the room in question being rented to others.
Each of the past 5 years, this hotel has had an active pest control service professionally treat each and every room. This hotel also received a 100 score on its most recent health department inspection.

Too bad you did not get my report. We stayed here in January of 2012 and my husband was bit from head to toe with bed bugs. No apology, and the hotel returned a registered letter we sent to inform them. We had an additional $100.00 cost between doctor visit and medication
