September 10-11, 2011. I checked into this hotel and was nearly eaten alive by bedbugs as I slept. I went downstairs at around 7am to talk to someone about it as the situation had far exceeded anything I could tolerate. used to accommodate me in any way expect to temporarily move me to another room for the remaining 3.5 hours of my stay. This is an outrage! Not only was I subjected to constant biting as I slept but then the here was Holiday Inn, a seemingly reputable brand of hotel refusing to even make the situation right. I am in awe of the entire situation! Needless to say I will never stay at this holiday inn and probably not any other Holiday Inn again. If their managers don't have enough training and courtesy to do the right thing by a guest in such an extreme situation I think that the company needs to look into who they have allowed into the management ranks. Also Denise at the front desk was rude as well telling me that they need to get in the room and examine it. The implication was that I was lying and they need to check the room so they can prove there are no bedbugs. Well trust and believe bedbugs are there and bedbugs do move from room to room I am now learning. Stay away from this hotel or risk being eaten alive, doubted by management and having to face the prospect of having your house exterminated when you get back home. Stay away!! Worst experience in my life!!!
