Flowers on 06/22/2012
On May 26-28, 2012, I was a guest in the Twelve Property. On the 27th upon returning to the room around 1130pm (gone since 10am), the room was not cleaned. I called down to the front desk and inquired, and was told housekeeping would come up. A gentlemen was sent up with bleach, set of sheets, and towels. As he was changing the bed, I noticed the stains on the mattress. On May 31, my daughter was taken to the emergency room with break outs on both legs in circular motion from her knees to top of
her feet. It was a horrific site. The next day, I was breaking out from my neck to chest area. The itch was terrible and medication was prescribed for both of us. I called the hotel to complain and the front desk would not provide me the corporate information so I could make a complaint. To this day we are still on medication and having pest control to service our home. This has been a terrible experience. If you check the reigstry, many hotels within walking distance are listed on the registry with complaints.
