We take any allegations of bed bugs very seriously and are quick to respond to any potential infestation. Whenever someone informs us of a potential case, we immediately take it and all surrounding rooms out of order until a trained third party professional can come and inspect the areas of concern. We also have incentive programs for our staff that financially motivate them should they come across one. I also do not have any record of anyone informing us of a potential case d
uring the month you stayed. This is of grave concern to us and hope that you will contact us immediately about which room you stayed in so we can investiget it ASAP.
