After our first night, my wife noticed itchy bumps on her wrist and hand, four in a line. Classic bedbug bites. We also saw telltale dark spots on the bedsheets, but didn't see any actual bugs; they are notoriously elusive.
We immediately asked to be moved... and they put us in the room directly above the one we were already in. Then when I asked for a refund of our first night's stay, they claimed that their pest control company examined the room and did not find any bugs. With a light infe
station this is entirely possible, it only takes a few of the suckers and they can hide in very difficult to spot places. So what this means is that their infestation is probably unresolved, and additionally that many guests who don't know what bedbug bites look like may end up bringing them home from this hotel unawares.

Found 2 bed bugs in the morning after waking up - one on my pajama top and one in the bed. I captured both bed bugs and took them to the front desk. The hotel moved me to a different roon and said they would fumagate the entrire second floor.
