two nights in this hotel, stayed in room 321 and treated to a pretty serious bed bug attack. One other person in our party suffered the same during the stay.

Two fateful nights in room 228 caused me to have severe reactions to bed bug bites the nights of July 15-16, 2015. I have 10 large burning blister boils along the right side of my body which errupted 24 hrs after each night, sent me to the emergency room,Dr.appts, extreme pain and missed 2 days of work. A dermatologist determined bed bug bites, 7days later I still have oozing painful blisters. I travel frequently, never experienced bed bugs, and did not look for them. I enjoy/trust staying at

Hilton hotels and did not check reviews prior to my stay. Bad mistake. Luckily, because I also saw a cockroach in my room, I did not bring anything from my trip into my home - washed ALL items in hot water + hot dryer and threw away my suitcase. I left phone messages at the hotel, wrote detail email to Hilton Customer Care, posted reviews and have not received any response from this hotel. Good news I learned about The Bed Bug Registry which I will use faithfully for my travel-next week.

After our first night, my wife noticed itchy bumps on her wrist and hand, four in a line. Classic bedbug bites. We also saw telltale dark spots on the bedsheets, but didn't see any actual bugs; they are notoriously elusive.

We immediately asked to be moved... and they put us in the room directly above the one we were already in. Then when I asked for a refund of our first night's stay, they claimed that their pest control company examined the room and did not find any bugs. With a light infe

station this is entirely possible, it only takes a few of the suckers and they can hide in very difficult to spot places. So what this means is that their infestation is probably unresolved, and additionally that many guests who don't know what bedbug bites look like may end up bringing them home from this hotel unawares.

Found 2 bed bugs in the morning after waking up - one on my pajama top and one in the bed. I captured both bed bugs and took them to the front desk. The hotel moved me to a different roon and said they would fumagate the entrire second floor.
