As a Hilton gold member, I stayed at this hotel multiple times during my work travel. A realist that bed bugs might happen, I gave them a chance to right the situation.
They told me that they had the room checked and there were not any bed bugs found, so I asked them to put me in another room anyway. Note: I had taken what I thought might be bed bug samples on scotch tape with me.

nd went to an area exterminator with both; Terminix. They immediately knew they were bed bugs. I checked out of the hotel that day.
Upon my return home, I threw out expensive luggage and everything in it to avoid contaminating my home. I went to my Doctor as the bites were very irritating, it was confirmed that they were bed bugs and I was put on several medications to stop the allergic process that I was experiencing.
The hotel continues to deny that there were bed bugs there and has not reimbursed me for my financial loss.
To my surprise and disappointment the corporate office will not get involved!
I only hope that they secretly quarantined these rooms so that other guests were not exposed!
