I Checked in on 3/9/12 and later that night around 12:15 am I felt something under the sheet. I jumped up and pulled the sheet back and there was a bug. I looked up bedbugs and it looked just like it. I put it in the ice bucket baggie and took it down to the front desk. I explained what had happened and I was told they had had one other complaint but nothing had come of it. They put my daughter and myself in another room for the night and I was called the next morning that they had another r
oom ready with two double beds and I told them I did not want back on the third floor.They told me that the manager Amber had sent housekeeping into the room to check it and she had found more under the mattress. I was told at that time they would comp my entire stay and apologized for everthing. When we were ready to check out on 3/12/12 I asked for a receipt stating I wasn't charged for my stay. The General Manager James J. Gran came out and wanted to go over to the corner so guest couldn't hear and told me that the manager on duty should not of told me she would comp my entire stay,it was only going to be for the first night because they fixed the problem by putting us in two other rooms. I told him I wanted my baggie back to show an exterminator what it was and when I was taken back upstairs to get the baggie it was gone , someone had taken it. I told them that's fine I had taken pictures of it. I feel I was treated very badly. It was my worse hotel stay ever!!!!!
