Yeah, right. Don't believe this canned response. I called the hotel at the time of my infestation and they denied and denied. The actual infestation with me was in early-mid Dec. of 2008. I don't know about this 09 infestation. I was out $60 in medical expenses like doctors visits and medicines. I got lucky. I feel for the people that were infested from 08-09.

We try very hard to ensure all our guests have a rewarding experience at Homewood Suites, therefore we are very sorry this occurred. We have made this situation right by increasing our pest service monitoring to monthly visits by professional and well established company. We have not had similar occurrence since that incident in July 2009. We certainly appreciate this feedback and we'd like to assure future guests that we are working very hard to prevent this from happening again.

ate me good. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Legs, trunk and face.

It was either that or scabies. I am pretty sure it was bed bugs. not good. Stayed there for 2 weeks. Was itchy.
