I checked in on December 15, 2010 and went to my room. I removed the head board and found a dead bed bug and their stains on the head board.
I called the front desk and they offered a refund on my room. When I went to the front desk the clerk did not seem surprised. He pulled out a three ring binder from "Orkin" and logged my complaint. I noticed that there were many pages of pest complaints at the hotel.
I left and went to another hotel.
