Disappointed Guest on 09/04/2010

Room 470. Stayed one night and was waken at 2:30am to my horror. I was infested by a dozen bed bugs. I tried reporting to the receiptionist, but I was ignored. No phone calls back or responses. Big mistake by them. Never stay here again!!

Stayed 8/7 - 8/19/2010 in room 201. We always do a thorough room check before unpacking in ANY hotel: check seams on all mattresses for signs, under mattresses, in drawers, behind headboard w/flashlight, etc. We found nothing but very clean, stain-free mattresses. Nobody was bit by anything. We had no problems and didn't see a single bug anywhere except butterflies by the pool.

I would like to clarify that we have had no bed bug issues confirmed this year at the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista. Bed bugs are a serious situation and with any allegation or guest concern, our trained staff, does an initial thorough inspection, followed immediately by an inspection by an outside company, who specializes in the field.

The Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista, should not be a highlight on this Bed Bug Registry. Thank you.

Room 471, Came into room, my girlfriend sat down on bed, and was biten by a bedbug on her leg within 1 minute....she swiped it away, we went downstairs and checked out immediately.
