Never stay here. Filthy and infested. In addition to bed bugs, tons of roaches. Sheets were dirty. Bathrooms were awful. This place should be shut down.

PRO: The front desk people were very nice and great location right by clubs/bars/beach
CON: What else can I say? Bed Bugs in room 5!!
- The walls were dirty with black spots all over (Researched this and said it was signs of bed bugs)
- The bed had BED BUGS which I found two crawling around, found the bugs and took pictures of it to prove it! I'm sure management will write that they checked the room and no bugs were found BUT you can't lie with pictures! Afte
r we found the bugs we told the front desk and we were refunded our resort fees & was told we would receive a refund of the days we didn't stay. Front desk didn't seem fazed by the bugs or concerned, we were asked one questions "Bed bugs or sand flies?" after we told them bed bugs they were quick to refund us.
Also we were told that the rooms were checked on Aug 1st for bed bugs and nothing was found, again I'm sure they'll write that room 4 was checked and nothing again was found
