In Feb 2012 we booked a room. Around 11 when we got in bed I was immediately itchy. After trying to shake out the sheets we called the front desk.
They came up, wouldn't give us a new room, so we left. I called hotwire and they wouldn't rebook us or refund because they met their obligation by 'making a room available'.
Spent a ton of money and ended up sleeping at the airport.
AWFUL!Don't stay there ever!
