When I worked at this hotel ( admittedly 3 years ago) there was definitely a bed bug issue of which the Head of Housekeeping was well aware. Management however did not want to acknowledge the problem and kept insisting to guests that they had "mosquito" bites - to be fair, there was also a mosquito problem and the frequent cockroach...............Hope the new owners have got it under control.
