My daughter who is a senior in college decided to spend her last spring break in South Beach. When she and her friends checked into the hotel they said it looked as if the room had not been cleaned very well. They spent 4 nights there, March 22 through March 26, 2011. The girls began to notice bites on their arms, neck, and hands. By the last day they realized they were bed bugs - they woke through the night to see them in the beds.
