We stayed in the mystic were I'm a owner since 2006 with no probs. But feb 2010 was a nightmare. My wife was bitten to bits and it ruined my holiday. We did get a refund and this yr we were treated fantastically.

I stayed there from 3/20/11 to 3/26/11 in the 31 building. My sil and I both had bites all over. I am hoping I did not bring them home.

Bed bugs ! My husband and I were bitten by bed bugs at this resort! My legs have several bites and my feet are worse. They collected a bug from our bed and move us but then said there was not a problem. I took pictures of the bugs and will attach them. The customer sevice has been horrible, I spend one night of a 5 night vacation cleaning my clothes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this resort,

We have been Owners of Mystic Dunes for almost ten years.

This is the first time we have ever stayed in building 30 AND the first time we have encountered bed bugs.

We came home Monday, 02/28/2011, night. On Tuesday, my two daughters who were staying in the same room at Mystic Dunes were complaining about bites.

Bed bug bites. My one daughter had over a hundred bites, the other one fewer.

We have spent the last several days

arrived at 3:30 AM awoke at 7:00 AM
covered in bites.

My sister had sixteen bites just down one side of her arm. All togetheir she had approx 50 bites
over her arms back & neck.
She went to the welcome centre to report it.
The director of security ? came to our condo along
with two pest control company guys who just so happened to be on the premises at the time.
