Where currently staying here (feb 2012) til we move into our home. The family and I are waking up to bites and I called management and they denied. Cannot wait til payday to get out of here. Stay away!

Home Suite Home??? on 10/01/2011

This hotel has bedbugs. We stayed for three months(2011) and had to move rooms after the first few weeks because of bedbugs. I had bites all over me and confirmed it with a trip home to my doctor. My husband also had bites. At first, the hotel staff denied the problem. Once I told them I was going to my doctor they then moved us. We were forced to live with the bed bugs for at least 5 days before they moved us.

While staying at Home Suite Home (formerly the Nikki Bird Holiday Inn) this week (September 1, 2010) my wife, son, and I woke o find ourselves covered in bedbug bites. We looked around briefly and found an infestation in the box-springs. To make matters worse, management DENIED they had a problem, and actually accused us of bringing them in with us! Avoid at all costs!!!
