Seralago hotel March 11-15, 2012. did not see any signs of bedbugs until leaving the room at 4am. Woke my son up by turning on the light and a bug was crawling away from him, I brushed it away and it smeared into a quarter sized spot of blood on the sheets. I googled bedbugs and that is what it was. then reported it to management.

We stay here alot and have never had an issue. But have had a Major issues with another place. Wondering what room you were in so we don't get that room when we go back in October. Thanks.

checked in on July 6,2011 got to the room sheets dirty had to ask them to change cause their were spots on the kids sheet. around 4am my oldest woke up screaming something was crawling on her, saw the bug didn't know what it was kill it told her go back to sleep its nothing, called front desk to let them know they offered to switch room we told them we have small kids didn't want to wake them in the midd
