bitten while sleeping. An officer from Loss Prevention came to the room inspected my chest, pulled the covers back but did not remove them to look at the mattress. She suggested that I be taken to the hospital and offered to summon an ambulance and would have my room changed. My cousin advised her that she was taking me immeidately.

During the emergency room visit, the treating physician stated "if you were staying at a hotel, these would be bed bugs." My family responded "he is staying at a hotel". The bites were cleaned and an antibiotic placed on them. I was released with a prescription and information on insect bites that included bed bugs.

My cousin prepared written correspondence addressed to the General Manager alonf with supporting documentation regarding my hospital visit.

I was not able to enjoy the remainder of my trip, as I was not feeling well.

Unfortunately, upon my return home, I had to be hospitalized.

Additionally, while the General Manager displayed a modicum of concern, I certainly cannot say that for Marriott Claims. The person that represented
claims was very indifferent.

As a result, I have sought legal advice.
