I was bitten and reported it. The room manager was horrified when I showed her the (three in a row) bites and the photo of the bug on the sheet. She spoke to Management who then claimed it was mosquitos (I was bundled up head toe and had just arrived the night before.).and refused to refund the room. They then said that they were treating it 'proactively' and sent a letter that looked like it had been written by lawyers. PS There are no windows that can be opened in the room (as the windo
