Checked into Room 431 and pulled back covers to find initial pod of bugs. Stripped bed checked all seems head board and frames to find room was infested. Had maint dept confirm. Went to front desk where they wanted to move room. I declined and checked out. I am pissed that the staff was not surprised and could not offer a property manager to speak with

Checked in on March 24, 2014. Two bed bugs on top of the beds. Large ugly stains on bed coverings as well. Reported bugs, maintenance confirmed and said they would fumigate. Checked out same day. Would not stay here ever again.

My husband and I checked into room 312 in this Days Inn a couple weeks ago. We began a standard bed bug check with the headboards. The first one was clean, but the second one had telltale “rust” (fecal) spots around a screw hole, and when my husband slid his credit card through a crack near the spots several bed bug skin castings fell out. We checked out immediately. Now, these could have been remnants of a prior infestation, but when we told the front desk attendant and showed her the photo
s we took of the evidence, she seemed completely unfazed and unsurprised. Additionally, when we asked about a refund for my employer, who had paid for the room, we were told that “normally” when this happens the guest needs to talk to the manager the next day to request a refund. This is normal?

I also encountered bed bugs on the night of July 26/7 at around 4 am. I killed 5 bugs. Management comes in at 8am, not sure if I can get a refund.

I checked into this hotel on 7/6/11. Upon entering the room, I did a check for bedbugs, which to my disgust, I did find in the mattress of both beds. I returned to the lobby and immediately checked out.
