Guest checked in 10 a.m.and sleep all day upto 10.30 pm and came to the front desk and complain he saw a insect in the floor .So we move him to different room.He sleep all night long and came to the front desk and said not something bite him something itching him.We check both room and keep checking it two month now we did not find anything and we are renting the same room for last two month there is no other complain either.However when we check the both room next morning the first room guest u
se we found very strong lice sampoo he use when he shower.I am still saving the lice shampoo.My question is the guest live 15 miles from the hotel,own his own house.Why he is staying in the hotel with lice shampoo with him.I think he can answer all of you that better.He never send us a e-mail.

October 6, 2010. Rooms 200, 215 and 217 all full of bedbugs. They moved me twice and I finally just gave up and fell asleep.
Bedbugs give off a strong odor which I could smell in all three rooms and in the hall.
I emailed Confort Inn with no response.
No nearby bug reports
