I apologize, I am very late in posting this. I stayed at this hotel, which is now called La Quinta Inn & Suites, in February 2011. A colleague and I were staying there while we attended a conference in the nearby Denver Tech Center. On the second night of our stay, we were horrified to find 2 bedbugs in one of the beds. This was around 11 o'clock at night, just as we were turning in. When we brought the problem to the attention of the front desk and eventually the manager, they were most un
helpful and unapologetic. Although they did relocate us to a different room, they had no intention whatsoever of refunding our money. They basically denied that the bugs (which I killed and put in a plastic baggie) were bedbugs and were very stubborn about refunding our money. If this had been my hotel, I would have bent over backwards to make sure the customers felt taken care of! We finally got a refund when I wondered out loud what the consequences would be if I spread the word about their bedbugs!
