The incident reported was not confirmed as being bed bugs. All of our rooms are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that there are no bed bugs or evidence of bed bugs. We have never had a confirmed report of bed bugs in the hotel’s history and pride ourselves on a clean, comfortable environment for our guests and employees

Found a bug on the bed when I was getting in bed. I captured it and brought it to the front desk. She was very nice and gave me a new room and offered to comp my room. I am a bit disturbed though by the close date of this incident to the other one listed. My room was on the fourth floor.

Checked into hotel on Sept. 8th along with other wedding guests. Noticed bedbug eggs on sheets,
felt like little grains of sand. I had brought
an eye loop (type of magnifier) and scotch tape to collect any possible specimens. I had read that Denver, CO is the bed bug capital of the USA.
Also noticed that there were bedbug casings and other small debris along baseboards and behind the beds. Asked maids to please use crevice cleaning tool to clean these areas. Maids informed us their vacuu
m cleaners didn't have these cleaning tools. Switched to another room which was cleaner, however it too had evidence of bedbugs. Each night we had a prickily sensation
on our skin and woke up with several bites (small)
on either our faces, arms, legs or stomachs.
There were no mattress, boxspring or pillow protectors to prevent bedbugs from biting through the sheets.
