Here's the email I sent too the GM after my "incident".

Dear Mr. Sickle:
I stayed at your hotel's Room 404 on Saturday, June 11, 2011. At 2am on the morning of 6/12 I switched rooms to #432 and was assisted by Peter the desk clerk.
I switched rooms because #404 was heavily infested with bedbugs. I sustained at least seven bites to my left arm and have photographed these bites.
I am extremely di
sappointed with Hilton Fort Collins. I expect Hilton properties to check and double check their guest rooms for these insects. Bedbug infestations of the sort that I encountered in Room 404 take time to develop, so I can only conclude that your Hilton is not measuring up to Hilton standards in respect to its insect abatement measures.
I have filed a review of my stay with Trip Advisor. I have contacted HH Customer Service about my experience. I have requested a refund of 6/11/11 charges.

Just recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and was nervous because of the previous siting. Happy to report no issues whatsoever; visual inspection turned up nothing and no bites after two nights. We had a lovely experience - great staff!

YUCK! I have sensitive skin when it comes to bites. I had never been biten by a bed bug before but after a stay at this hotel on 12/3/2009 I can no longer say that! Started as itchy skin the next day and by that evening I had full blown hives and needed to go to Urgent Care.
