I stayed July 29,30 of 2011. There were bed bugs living in the 'permanent structure' head board (attached to the wall - that's smart). I notified management via their online "how did we do survey" after I left in disgust. They called me and claimed they checked the room with nothing. I'm pretty sure their qualified "bed bug checker" was a minimum wage fellow or maid that could have cared less on doing a good job on the inspection.

At least they could have reimbursed me for my stay. Nice hotel

I was at this Hotel 7/12 - 7/16/2010 for a class. I woke up after the first night with welts on my back and hip. The hotel did advise me that they will change my room however didn't provide any lift but the hotel was nice enough to disinfect my room and had their driver get some cortizone for my bites.
