The incident reported was not confirmed as being bed bugs. All of our rooms are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that there are no bed bugs or evidence of bed bugs. We have never had a confirmed report of bed bugs in the hotel’s history and pride ourselves on a clean, comfortable environment for our guests and employees.

We arrived to our suite at the Loews Denver Hotel and I immediately checked the beds for signs of bed bugs. There were blood tracks on the sheets. I called the front desk who sent up the housekeeping engineer. Two men arrived. They informed me that the hotel is sprayed monthly to prevent bed bugs. However, they confirmed that the blood tracks were indeed from bed bugs. I appreciated their honesty.

Management did handle the situation very well. They checked us out, refunded
