I stayed in room 1168 on January 20, 2011. The room was spotless, no bedbugs. I stay at this hotel about once a quarter and have never had an issue.

Our primary concern is the safety and comfort of our guests and we take all guest feedback very seriously. We encourage all guests to promptly report incidents of any sort to our management so that we may take immediate action and properly address the issue. However, we have never had any reports of bed bugs, nor has there been any evidence of such in our routine inspections.

Spent the night here on a college school trip. Only stayed one night (October 3, 2010) and didn't notice anything the next morning, since we were in a hurry to get ready. When I got home, I found my body was covered in red bites which were identified by my doctor as bed bug bites. I counted over 50 bites covering my body (mostly on my stomach, legs, and buttock area). This was a terrifying and disgusting experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
