I stayed at this motel 4 or 5 nights. The last night, I got woken up by bed bugs biting me. It was the first time it has ever happened to me. For the rest of the night, I decided to go sleep in my car instead. In the AM, I went to see the employee at the reception who refused to refund my credit card. He told me that I hadn't complained about this before so therefore, there must have been no bugs. I told him I only noticed them the last night, what else can I say? He wouldn't refund me so I call
