We were there with multiple families for a softball tournament. There were two other families who found bedbugs in their rooms and were relocated to other rooms within the hotel. They did not mention having them in their new accommodations. It might not be an infestation as of yet, but the bed bugs were present in at least three rooms during the 2 days we stayed there. The staff was extremely apologetic and relocated the families to other rooms but the mere presence of the bed bugs is concerning
