In August, 2010 I stayed in one of your rooms and noticed a small black insect on the floor, but didn't think much about it. I am still trying to rid my house of bed bugs which I'm sure came from the room I stayed in. I am 83 years old and hadn't traveled and stayed over night in a couple years, so it is very obvious it came from this site. .
