This has never been an issue prior to this isolated incident and is currently no issue. We immediately removed this room from service, for no less than two weeks we had it professionally treated and monitored with state-of-the-art equipment. We also had all surrounding rooms professionally treated in the same manor.

I have stayed at the 'Buff' many times before with no problem. On 9-12-10, I rented a suite for the night. I fell asleep in my clothes on the bed, down turned sheets. Woke up at 3 am, with the light still on. There were dozens of bedbugs scurrying on the pillow that I saw to the left of my head, I was being bitten on the hand when I awoke in shock, I had them on my legs, arms and face. I have photos taken 2 days after because I had a very bad reaction to the bites, requiring a doctor visit and s
