I am the owner of a heat extermination company from Boulder that was called in to treat the stated rooms below. Our process is the best proven method to kill bed bugs. We successfully treated these rooms by heating them well above the thermal death point of 125 degrees on Nov. 11th, 2011.
The hotel staff have been very responsible when it comes to doing what is required from my company to eliminate these unwanted pests. I have personally trained the staff on how to inspect for bed bugs. Mattr
ess covers have been installed and carpets have been shampooed. K9 inspections are scheduled so as to make sure these pests have been eliminated.
I am not allowed to give my Company name or phone number because of the bed bug registry rules but if you must know. Our company name is the same as the Latin name for bed bug. Please give me a call for further information or concerns.
Thanks

I stayed in room 15 on Oct 12, 2011. I woke up a couple of hours after going to bed, and noticed a bug crawling across the pillow. I turned on the light and found at least 5 bugs. I had no idea what they were so I googled it. It was then that I found this website.
Upon checking out, I informed them of the infestation. They told me that room 16 was treated the month prior, and because they share a wall, room 15 was treated at that time as well, for precautionary measures, and that they were doin
g all the recomended things to prevent an infestation. They reimbursed me for nights not stayed, and I headed straight to the closest laundermat.
On my way home from the airport I stopped off at a laundermat to repeat the process. I bagged all of my clothes, luggage, and shoes for 10 days just to be on the safe side. So far so good.

I stayed in room 16 of this motel the nights of July 15-17, 2011. On the last night, I woke up and felt something crawling on me. When I turned on the light, I saw several critters moving for cover and brushed one off my arm. I managed to snap a photo of one -- clearly a bedbug. There were also a couple of blood smears on the sheets.
The bites rose up a few days later -- all over both arms and my upper torso -- I got tired of counting at 75, but could easily have kept going.
I wrote to
the motel when I got home but have received no reply. Now I'm just trying to be vigilant around my house hoping I didn't bring them home with me.
