I stayed on August 6th 2011 in a non-smoking suite. It was about a week later I started to get bites all over my body that I thought were mosquito bites. I went to the doctor and the first question they asked is have you stayed at a hotel recently. That is the only hotel I stayed at this year. Sure enough I called Terminix they came out and said we have BED BUGS. I will never ever ever ever stay at the Isle again. It cost over $1,000 to get rid of them. Checked in on 10-29-2011. After gambling for the evening we went up to our room at 12:30 am. About a half hour later there was a bedbug crawling on the wall. It had just come out from behind the headboard. We grabbed our stuff & immediately went down to checkout. They were going to put us in another room. We said no way, we're outta here!! So now we are hoping we didn't bring any home with us. Luckily our luggage wasn't in the room very long. We're unpacking it in the garage before brin

Stayed on Aug. 6 2011 and not but three days later started waking up at home in Denver with one or two bites a day. Today Aug. 30 2011 Terminex has confirmed that we have them. The Isle of Capri is the only place we have stayed during this time and without a doubt is the place we picked these aweful bugs up. Stay at your own risk. Just cause you stayed and did not get them, does not mean next time you will be so lucky.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and never had any issues with bed bugs.

My wife and I stayed at the Isle on January 2, 2011 and had no problems. The couple who were traveling with us report no problems, either. This was our third stay and will not be our last.

We stayed at this hotel, got bed bugs, and the hotel admits they have bed bugs but say "not in the room we were in!" Really??...they travel from room to room very easily. We have been wiped out by this, and the hotel just says...prove that you got them here. We have had to throw away furniture, electronics, clothing, and our home is now almost empty. Don't go to this hotel unprepared. They will not help if you get these bugs...at all!!

Be Aware...these bugs will alter your life forever!!
