After laying down for one hour, I awoke to my back stinging with pain. I jumped up, woke up my wife ( who was on the other bed). She screamed as my back and arm had multiple raised bites with a noted indent in the middle. My wife turned over the pillows and bugs started scattering. One was red and full of blood. I stayed one night on September 19, 2012 in room 503 and woke up to a bedbug crawling on my back. I took a picture of it and then smashed it on a piece a paper and took it to the manager. They are going to "investigate". Needless to say I didn't stay the second night.

Stayed here the first couple of days of April 2012 for a conference next door at Conv Center. Surprised that there was no luggage rack in the room. I called to ask for one and was promised it would be brought up. Never came, despite repeated assurances. Had to use upholstered chair for luggage. Checked in Saturday July 28th 2012. The second I removed the top cover off the bed a giant bed bug running for its life. I was stunned so I googled it thinking I was insane for assuming it was a bed bug. Upon 2 minutes of research another one crawled out from the pillow. I called the front desk in a panic. The manager came up to room 501 and was speechless. Another room was booked for us across the street but this was after they noticed I was furious. My money was never refunded. Bed BUG INFESTE

Stayed in this hotel last month. Woke up in the morning to find bed bugs crawling on the pillow and under the blankets. Hotel management denied that there were bed bugs, and insinuated that I brought them in-- even though I showed them the evidence. No refund. I paid $200 for the room, and had to throw all my clothing and luggage away to avoid bringing them into my house.

ALMOST stayed in a room on the second floor - unforunately I can't remember the room number but I know that it was a few doors from the elevator. I SAW two bed bugs. One was crawling on top of the sheets very slowly and the other was on the wall outside the bathroom. DISGUSTING. I went down to the front desk and asked for a different room, should have left the hotel to find a different place but didn't have a car with me.

Found three bites on right leg. On 11-14-2011.
Then found. Multiple bites on left leg above sock line. At first thought it was flees since I work outside at a Shipyard.

Woke up Thursday moring 11/10/11 and discovered a bite on my left arm..was not sure what it was, however this morning found two more. Clearly beg-bug bites. Absolutley awful!
