I moved in in late Winter 2011. Since then I've almost constantly had problems with bed bugs. From them I've gotten scars all over my body, welts, my eyes were closed shut twice. The landlord has tried to get rid of them and so have I. I spray every night with potent chemicals and they're still around. I'm also having problems breathing because of the chemicals used to rid the bugs. Please help. Thank you.
