My friend booked a room from the 14th to the 20th of oct 2010.

After a couple of nights he found some mosquito bites, and after a couple more nights he actually saw the bed bugs.

When reported to the reception they did not seem surprised at all. He filed a complaint. The receptionist were not helpful at all.
