I was assigned a room on the 7th floor of the "traditional" wing of the hotel (I think it was room 770). I did the usual bedbug check, pulled back the sheets and mattress pad and found bug carcases on the mattress collected in the depressions of the mattress buttons.

The hotel staff was courteous and responsive and assigned me to a different room immediately in the new wing. I checked the room and it was clean and I had no problems during my two night stay.
